Casio XJ-A240 Projector
Details
The Casio XJ-A240 projector is the worlds first bright lamp less projector, powered by a laser/Led light source the new Casio range has eco credentials second to none. It would also win favour on it's aesthetic quality being the thinnest Projector in the Industry at only 1.7 Inches Thick!
The 20,000 hour Lamp life makes the XJ-A240 projector a very cost effective solution over its life, but there are some drawbacks.. fan noise is high so if you need something whisper quiet then this projector may not be for you. Image quality is below average with poor colour accuracy which is surprising as LED should produce accurate colour reproduction, colours are a little flat with a greyish hue to the image, saying that apart from the fan noise the image quality is acceptable if you don't use a lot of yellow or white.......
The 2x zoom makes it very flexible in terms of throw distance and auto keystone ensures a quick set-up, video performance via its HDMI input is also pretty good. We have a demo unit available for trial and for quantity enquiries we are able to send a loan unit out for you to evaluate.
With no lamp to replace there is no need to spend approx £200 a year or so down the line ( varies according to usage) to replace the lamp and under normal operating conditions you can expect to get up to 20,000 hours use from the Casio XJ-A240 - now that's a serious amount of trouble free presenting!
